2025 – Annual BES Golf Tournament – August 16, 2025

Four Person Team Texas Scramble – 1:30pm Shotgun Start

-Each person hits their tee shot from – Men on white tees and Women on red tees

-One ball position is chosen after all tee shots have been played. The other players pick up their golf balls and bring it to the tee shot chosen. The player’s ball that was chosen plays first, then the rest of the team players hit from within 12” of the original tee shot ball position. This continues until on the green where the best position is again chosen and all players putt from that position until the ball is holed out. Each player must use 1 drive over the 9 holes.

witnessed, score card signed by all 4 players & witnessed, confirmed and signed by spotter)

*** You don’t have to use the long drive or closest to pin in 1 or 2 shot for your team shot, if you prefer a different position to continue from for the team hole score, just mark the sheet and location then continue play from one of the shots played ***

Ladies and Men’s Closest to the Pin (KP) on hole #6 – (ball must be on the green in 1)

Closest to the pin in 3 shots – Ladies & Men Hole # 2 – (ball must be on the green in 3)

Longest putt – Ladies Hole #1, Men’s Hole #7 – (putt can be from off the green with a putter)

Long Drive – Ladies Hole # 5, Men’s hole # 3 – (tee shot must be in the fairway of the hole played)

All local rules of play apply, found on the back of your scorecard. A ruling can be requested from one of the tournament coordinators if unsure or call 250-299-1130.

Dinner will commence at 5:15pm so please make sure you are in your seat at the Curling Club at that time. There will be a raffle and silent auction table that will be open to bids as soon as your round is complete. The team awards and prizes will commence at the conclusion of dinner, followed by the raffle, silent auction items and finishing off with the door prizes.

– As per local liquor laws, no private liquor on course or at the dinner, you can purchase liquor from the clubhouse or bar. Thanks and we hope you enjoy your day!
